The finale of this year’s H-Artistry – The Global Art of Mixing Trilogy is finally here!! The super hot event will be held in the Malaysia International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC) in Mines Resort City this 3 November 2012 from 8.30pm onwards this time. =D

Taking party innovation to the next level, the MY Hennessy Mobile App will enable all revellers to take part in various activities within the Hennessy Art of Mixing Zone, and be rewarded with perks and benefits as they party away at H-Artistry.

Prizes such as Hennessy V.S.O.P. bottles and bespoke My Hennessy Night party experiences will be among the rewards for party goers who come armed with the MY Hennessy Mobile App on their smart phones.

Moving into the main arena from the Hennessy Art of Mixing Zone, party goers will be in for a roller coaster ride of musical genres, styles and cultures from Korea and  Australia to the US and UK. Artists set to perform at the H-Artistry finale are: Winner of X Factor and UK’s R&B darling Alexandra Burke; world-renowned Australian DJ vixen Havana Brown, K-Pop boy band heartthrobs Block B, and Las Vegas’ edgiest DJ Starkillers a.k.a. Nick Terranova.

R&B – UK
“I'm not super human, I'm just Alexandra from North London,” says Alexandra Burke. Yes, she is indeed 'just' Alexandra Burke from North London, but she's also the 2008 winner of The X Factor, a three-time chart-topper on the singles chart (her debut, a stirring cover of Hallelujah, sold 105,000 copies on its first day of release) and the creator of a UK number 1 album, Overcome, that features collaborations with the likes of Flo Rida Ne-Yo and RedOne. She can belt out a ballad and she brings energy in abundance once the tempo shifts up a gear.

While Elephant and Let It Go both slot nicely into the current pop trend for dancefloor stompers, Heartbreak On Hold also displays Alexandra's love for 90s dance, specifically the emotional house music of Robin S or the soul-inflected dance of Soul II Soul, as heard most obviously on the heart-burstingly bittersweet title track.

Often compared to the likes of Big Bang and B1A4, Block B is known as one of the more unique K-Pop bands for their originality, talent and attitude.  Huge hits like Halo, Going Crazy and Wanna B showcase the group’s rap and vocal chops, while their on-stage presence gives them an air of respect, and at the same time portrays their fun-loving attitude; making them immensely exciting to watch.

DJ Havana Brown has firmly cemented herself as one of the most successful Australian DJ exports of the decade. Her impressive resume also lists support act for Lady Gaga, The Pussycat Dolls and Rihanna, and a score of exclusive VIP parties and concerts. From the official Grammy's After Party in Los Angeles alongside WILL.I.AM and Paris Hilton’s New Years Eve Party, DJ Havana Brown certainly lives up to her title of Australia’s No.1 female DJ.

As the USA’s dance music scene continues to come of age on a widespread scale and different styles proliferate and evolve, new talents are coming thick and fast. However, only a few have the staying power to go the distance. Formerly known as Nick Terranova, Las Vegas talent Starkillers has been cutting a swathe through the bolshier end of the global house music scene over the last few years with his tough-edged, eclectic sound.

There'll be Signature Hennessy V.S.O.P. long drinks: Hennessy Apple, Hennessy Berry, Hennessy Ginger and Hennessy Soda for you to drink and party all night long!! With the great mix of drinks and music genre, I'm sure everyone is gonna have a spanking good time. =) Take all the drinks!!!

The biggest H-Artistry parties are widely anticipated every year, especially towards the year-end season. While all revellers will be partying hard this 3 November at perhaps the biggest H-Artistry party yet, partying hard and partying smart is imperative. Be sure to fully take advantage of the FREE H-Artistry Party Shuttle or the subsidized H-Artistry Party Taxi services and be chauffeured to MIECC and back, as parking at the venue will not be available.

Complimentary mineral will be provided throughout the night, and food stalls will also be available outside the venue for everyone to recharge during and after the event.

Join in the H-Artistry finale this 3 November by watching this space for your chance to win invites: Also be sure to download the MY Hennessy App NOW from the App Store or Google Play onto your iOS and Android devices. H-Artistry is open to non-Muslims above the age of 18 only.

The Fangs (Tutorial)

This is a good way to have Halloween make up without messing up your face.
You'll see at the end what I mean.

So, here we go again.

This idea popped up when I was waiting for Charmaine.

So I just whipped out my stuff and started painting on my hand.

Made it better with opinions from the other blogger babes who were at an event.
Thanks for the input babes. =)

So the items you need from left to right:

1. Eyeshadow + lip brush
2. Kiss Me Eyeliner. I used this one because it has a fine tip. Easier for tracing.
3. Maybelline Watershine Pure in P21
4. Maybelline Colour Sensational in RC51 a.k.a Summer Sunset
5.Red portable palette from Sephora

And I missed out the most important one:
Maybelline Master Liner in white.

1. Draw teeth on your hand. Doesn't have to be straight.
No braces.

2. Trace the teeth with the fine tip liner.

3. Use the dark brown from the palette to fill in the spaces.

4. Use RC51 to fill in the inner parts and P21 for the outer side. I recommend using the brush.

5. Use the dark brown to fill in the gaps of the teeth again. This will make the teeth look more obvious.

6. Randomly use the lighter colours on the red palette to make the teeth look dirtier.
Who the heck brushes fangs right?

7. Pose and say CHEESE. =D

I have a shitload of work piled up but decided to take a break and write this post instead. It's double work tomorrow!! I feel like a monster already!!

That's what J_Fish has to say~ Au Revoir~
p.s. I'm going through a very weird phase right now. Things are not going smoothly, so if I'm being very bitchy to you, you probably deserved it. please bear with me. I'll be normal once I find what I've been looking for.

Shizens Hydro Series Product Launch

The Shizens Hydro Series Product launched in Midvalley.

The main attraction of the night.

The Hydro Series products are great for hydrating (per se) and anti-aging as well. We all know that well hydrated skin will stay youthful longer. You'll only find wrinkles on dried up apples. See? =D

Before this, Shizens have products that cover either hydration or anti-aging, this new range is the best of both worlds in 5 bottles.

It was quite an interesting event, with 4 pretty and famous ladies as Guests of Honour.

Me being me, went straight for the make up counter.

Look at all that!! *drools*
Oh wait, there's skin care products there too? =X

We got to try out the the products, but I only managed to try the lip painter. (because I pretended to be demure) The Lip Painter is an awesome product that can be used both as lip gloss and blusher. The cute guy demonstrating told has a good sense of humour. He even wiped it with tissue after applying it on our lips to show that it won't fall off after drinking, eating and kissing.

The tall, red one in the middle. =D

Before picture trying out the Shizens Lip Painter

After applying Shizens Lip Painter to cheek and lips.

The thing about the lip painter is that it's clear before applying,
meaning there's no colour to it,
but it'll bring out the natural colour of your lips and cheeks once applied.
Which is quite cool to try on different people.
You get different results. =D

With the other blogger babes after the whole event.
Jennifer, me, JQ, Sarah and Choulyin.

We got full size products as our door gifts, which includes Hydro Liposome Essential, Eye Charm, Lip Painter, and a blingy apple shaped pendrive.

Look at those blings!!

I have recently been diagnosed with having dried skin. It used to be oily. But these products came at the right time!! I'll do a review (maybe). Need some time to try them out first.

Thanks Shizens, for being so generous!!
